Safety
At FPI, we have a safety-first culture. Our practices ensure that all employees on all projects are dedicated to maintaining this culture. Our full-time employees are field-based safety professionals, and all project superintendents partake in on-going safety training courses and have their OSHA 30-hour certification card.
Ensuring Quality
Our approach at FPI centers around recognizing and eliminating problems early and learning and improving with each project. This allows us to build quality into our design and construction processes from day one. All of our employees are given the training and tools needed to exercise good judgment and balance the demands of every project.
Collaboration Through Technology
We are constantly adjusting the technology used in the way project information is collected, communicated, and modified. We use Procore throughout the entire construction process. They allow for visualization and collaboration during the design stage, and connect the team in the field and the management team in the office during construction.
