Construction Management
During the design phase, FPI will work with the project team to determine cost estimation and design details and priorities, all while staying in line with your project’s budget. Once the design phase is complete we will provide you with a detailed bid package that includes bids from our qualified subcontractors that help us make your vision come to life.
Design-Build
We work with our architectural and engineering team to manage and deliver a finished project that meets your goals. Since our contractors work directly for FPI, you don’t need to worry about multiple contracts or contacts! We will ensure that your project stays in line with your budget, schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
General Contracting
FPI also provides general contracting for those who already have an architect and design plan in place. We will work as your general contractor to help complete the project on time and within budget. We provide the same, great service for every project, no matter how big or small!
